By accessing the Site, browsing our catalogue, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

  • All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • A contract is formed when you receive an email confirmation from us stating that your order has been accepted.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, unavailability of stock, inaccuracies in pricing or product description, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on the Site are in INR, unless otherwise stated.
  • We strive to ensure that all pricing information is accurate; however, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days from the date of confirmation. Delivery timelines typically range from 3–5 business days post-dispatch, depending on your location.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events or third-party logistics providers.
  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • You may request a return or exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • To initiate a return, customers must fill out the return request form on the Site, attach clear photos of the product, and provide a valid reason.
  • Once approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the product passes quality checks.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Site, including logos, product designs, images, text, graphics, layout, and content, are the exclusive property of sõl or its licensors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the same is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
