EXCHANGE POLICY
• Exchanges are available for size or product issues, subject to stock availability.
• To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns.
• Exchange requests are only accepted within 10 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are not allowed on custom orders or if the item shows signs of wear or damage.
REFUND POLICY
• Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
- In case of COD orders, we will ask you for your bank details so that we can manually transfer the refund amount.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• In case of rejected returns (damaged or worn products), no refund will be issued.
