EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are available for size or product issues, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns.

Exchange requests are only accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Exchanges are not allowed on custom orders or if the item shows signs of wear or damage.

 

REFUND POLICY

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

  1. In case of COD orders, we will ask you for your bank details so that we can manually transfer the refund amount.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

In case of rejected returns (damaged or worn products), no refund will be issued.
